I’ve loved playing with paper since I was a teenager—making collages, experimenting with photos, and creating cards long before “scrapbooking” was even called that. Creativity has always been part of my life, but my real papercraft journey began when we moved to the Gold Coast. I didn’t know anyone at the time, so I joined a cardmaking class as a way to meet people. From that very first class, I was hooked! I discovered a whole world of fun tools and techniques I never knew existed—and more importantly, I found a wonderful way to connect with others.
That’s what I love most about cardmaking: it’s as much about the connections we make as it is about the creativity. Sharing time, ideas, and laughter with others has become the heart of this craft for me.
Now I run classes of my own, because I want others to experience that same joy. I usually hold a class at my home every second Saturday of the month, but I’m open to other days and times too. If you have a group of four or more, I can even come to you.
I love designing projects for people to make, and I love the smiles that come from giving or receiving a handmade card.
As a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator, I can also help you on your crafting journey—whether that’s by:
joining a class and enjoying the social side,
topping up your craft supplies, or
even exploring how to run your own classes if that interests you.
I’ll share news and special offers now and then, but there’s never any pressure—just encouragement and support. My goal is simple: to nurture creativity and help others discover how rewarding and fun papercrafting can be.
I hope you’ll join me on this journey and experience the same joy I’ve found in crafting and connection.
